Job summary

Galderma Limited (UK) in London seeks a Head of HR UK & Ireland to lead strategic HR partnering and act as a trusted coach across the business. You will own employee lifecycle, workforce planning and culture initiatives, aligning local delivery with the global HR strategy.

Reporting to the Head of HR EMEAC, you will collaborate with Global Centres of Excellence to deliver high‑quality HR services and compliant people practices in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Senior HR business partner role in international matrix environment.
• Experience in healthcare or consumer goods industry.
• ER management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• University degree in HR/Business/Social Science.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK & Ireland leaders to deliver HR strategy and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Global Centres of Excellence to deliver consistent HR services.
• Coach leaders on performance, talent, engagement and organisational change.
• Lead local implementation of global HR initiatives, including culture and total rewards.
• Support organisational change and business transformation.
• Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland employment legislation and HR governance.
• Build strong relationships across the global HR community to share best practices.
