Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Country Manager UK&I to lead our UK & Ireland business, reporting to the SVP, Managing Director EMEA. You will drive revenue targets and transform the business via strategic GTM initiatives, overseeing Sales, Business Development and Account Management to close opportunities for our PCI-DSS-certified payments and connectivity platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK&I revenue growth and GTM execution.
• Own P&L for the country/region and drive new logo acquisition.
• Develop and retain top-performing Sales, BD, and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Finance to align priorities and budgets.
• Forecast, plan, and manage a robust sales pipeline and contracts.
