Maersk invites recent graduates to join a two‑year Graduate Programme based at East Midlands Gateway with five career pathways and 2 x 12‑month placements per pathway.

You will rotate through Customer Experience & Operations, Sales, Customs, and Finance, with locations in East Midlands Gateway and Liverpool. Right to work in the UK is essential; no sponsorship is available. Applications close 02 November 2026, with assessment events in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a minimum 2:2 honours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management, Business, Engineering or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organised, strategic thinker.
• Resilient and comfortable with change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
