Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an Inbound Immigration Assistant to support end-to-end UK immigration cases under supervision. You will prepare CoS, visa forms, and routine advice, while ensuring accurate administration, billing and compliance with internal processes.

The role requires strong client management, attention to detail and the ability to handle cases efficiently, with opportunities to develop expertise across sponsorship licenses and settlement applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of corporate immigration experience.
• Knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies and Home Office procedures.
• Experience dealing with client relationships and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Case management support end to end UK immigration cases under supervision.
• Prepare and draft Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) and visa forms.
• Draft routine immigration advice and correspondence for review.
• Track progress, deadlines and escalate risks promptly.
• Maintain accurate client and matter records.
