Scale the SA function, our customers and the overall function.
A day in the life
There is no one particular pattern for a Principal SA within ISV, it has to be a balance between Solving Customer Problems and their priorities to deliver results that's timely for them. In addition, a Principal SA is a part of the Leadership and always looking at opportunities to scale the function and ISV SAs. Principal SA should act as role models.
About the team
The ISV segment works with Independent Software Vendors to build their software solutions on AWS which they sell to their customers (B2B). ISVs are undertaking a significant shift to cloud to leverage the agility and flexibility benefits as well as meet the demands of their customers for modern application architectures consumed in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Our customers vary from some of the largest global software providers delivering enterprise software products, to disruptive late-stage startups leveraging AI and ML to create innovative products for emerging markets. ISVs are builders who are deeply technical, so experience of working with software companies and/or in software development/engineering roles will ensure you can establish trusted relationships and help our customers to be successful.
