Job summary

Delta Electronics (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional for a stand-alone role in the UK. Reporting to the Head of HR in the Netherlands, you will support recruitment, payroll, onboarding, compliance and employee relations across the UK and, occasionally, the Netherlands.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified and stay up to date with employment law developments, travel regularly within the UK and occasionally to the Netherlands to collaborate with colleagues across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Proficient with UK payroll processes and benefits
• Knowledgeable of UK employment law developments
• Experience with TUPE transfers and restructures preferred
• Strong data protection awareness (GDPR) and confidentiality
• Ability to collaborate across EMEA HR teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding and offboarding, contracts, visas and HR updates
• Coordinate payroll input with provider; approve monthly payroll and manage pension schemes
• Lead UK recruitment in collaboration with agencies to attract talent
• Serve as first point of contact for UK employees and managers across EMEA
• Manage insurance planning with broker for cost-effective cover
• Monitor attendance and arrange occupational health assessments as needed
• Oversee UK Performance Management to ensure high performance
• Maintain HR data in systems and ensure accuracy of salary information
