Our client is a fast growth, leading European Asset Management business. As a result of ongoing international growth, the business is seeking to appoint a UK HR Director, based in UK.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management processes with a proven track record in a fast-paced, international, high-performance environment.

Role

  • Support the development of HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the growth of the UK business
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.
  • Contribute to developing and executing the group’s talent strategy to support the organisation’s growth.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage and drive strategic talent attraction and management policies.
  • Serve as a strategic and active contributor to the HR team, advising on HR best practices.
  • Contribute actively to diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
  • Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent

Profile

  • Experience in financial services, or professional services sectors is ideal.
  • Exposure to international HR topics or teams (in depth understanding of UK employment laws and regulation)
  • Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, organisational development,
  • Exceptional interpersonal, drive, ownership, leadership, and communication skills.
  • 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
