Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and HR advice to the business, managers, and employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new HR policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for your customer base within a UK-based organization serving the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in writing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of TUPE regulations and application.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle employee relations issues practically.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact for all HR-related matters for your customer base.
  • Promote company culture, core values, EDI, and employee engagement.
  • Provide insights and drive HR team objectives aligned with the UK business.
  • Collaborate with management and support HR policies, initiatives, and projects.
  • Assist with resourcing, training, and succession planning.
  • Support TUPE transfers and employee relations issues like disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and leave matters.
  • Build rapport with managers and understand business areas to reduce absence and turnover, and increase engagement.
  • Coach managers and mentor HR Administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA procedures and legal requirements.
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner and other HR team members.
  • Commit to personal development and training.
