Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and HR advice to the business, managers, and employees.
- Assist in developing and implementing new HR policies and initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for your customer base within a UK-based organization serving the UK & Ireland.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in writing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of TUPE regulations and application.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle employee relations issues practically.
- Good understanding of relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for all HR-related matters for your customer base.
- Promote company culture, core values, EDI, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and drive HR team objectives aligned with the UK business.
- Collaborate with management and support HR policies, initiatives, and projects.
- Assist with resourcing, training, and succession planning.
- Support TUPE transfers and employee relations issues like disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and leave matters.
- Build rapport with managers and understand business areas to reduce absence and turnover, and increase engagement.
- Coach managers and mentor HR Administrators.
- Ensure compliance with FCA procedures and legal requirements.
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner and other HR team members.
- Commit to personal development and training.
