Job description

We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization while supervising household staff and maintaining smooth household operations.

  • Oversee and manage all household operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized residence.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate in-house staff, including housekeeping, child care, butlers and other personnel.
  • Ensure the residence operates efficiently with a high standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and discretion.
  • Manage household budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
  • Coordinate purchases for the family, including luxury goods, household supplies, and personal items.
  • Oversee event planning, guest hospitality, and special arrangements as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage transportation arrangements for the family, including scheduling drivers
  • Supervise and manage laundry services, ensuring proper care of clothing, linens, and delicate fabrics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the family and staff
  • Ensure security and safety protocols are followed within the residence.
