Job summary

Solera Corporation in London is seeking a Financial Controller to lead UK and GSA finance operations. You will manage an India-based outsourced team, oversee R2R, statutory filings, and foreign tax compliance, and drive process improvements and ERP initiatives across multiple entities.

The role requires a hands-on leader capable of delivering accurate reporting, timely cash management, and strong partnering with local and global finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and tax skills.
• Experience leading remote teams in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced accounting team in India with daily calls.
• Own R2R processes and local statutory filings.
• Review monthly P&L and balance sheet variances.
• Coordinate VAT and Corporation Tax returns across entities.
