Job description

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a talented and driven UK Global Mobility Assistant Manager to join its expanding team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing, multi-disciplinary environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients on international mobility and tax matters.

As an Assistant Manager within the Global Mobility team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services to clients navigating the complexities of international workforce deployment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and help shape the future of global mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on international work arrangements and associated tax implications.
  • Manage client relationships and lead elements of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated mobility solutions.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of personal income tax returns.
  • Conduct entry and exit consultations with mobile employees.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
  • Support business development initiatives and market-building activities.

To succeed, you will ideally be ATT qualified or near completion (CTA support available) and possess a solid grounding in UK expatriate tax. Experience of UK tax compliance, preparation and review, is essential as well as knowledge of SRT and double tax treaties. An ability and desire to undertake advisory work would also be advantageous as this is not a solely compliance focused role.

In return, you will enjoy structured career progression and professional development support with the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading global clients. This team is collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking.
