The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on international work arrangements and tax implications.
  • Manage client engagements and deliver high-quality tax services.
  • Collaborate across service lines to provide holistic mobility solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
  • Support business development through market insights and networking.
What you need to succeed:

A proactive, client-focused attitude with the ability to work in a team environment. You’ll bring:

  • UK tax-return preparation/review experience.
  • Strong understanding of relevant tax legislation (e.g. Statutory Residence Test, double tax treaties).
  • ATT or equivalent qualification (CTA support available).
  • Experience in a professional services or in-house mobility/private client role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desirable Experience
  • Advisory experience beyond core compliance.
  • Exposure to international teams and delivery models.
  • Familiarity with employer compliance responsibilities and broader mobility issues.
