Freightlink Solutions Ltd, part of the Stena Line portfolio, is recruiting for a proactive sales and customer service professional based from our Bamber Bridge offices with occasional home-working potential. The initial training period is office-based.

You will contact UK transport companies to sell our freight ferry ticket service, provide quotations, explain pricing and negotiate bulk or package prices, while maintaining CRM records and following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in telesales or direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact UK transport companies to sell Freightlink’s freight ferry ticket service.
• Provide quotations and explain pricing; negotiate bulk or package prices.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor bookings; resolve issues and follow up on leads.
