Fresh Perspective Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to lead UK entity accounting and reporting, delivering accurate monthly management accounts and robust balance sheet controls. You will partner with stakeholders to drive business insights and support key decisions.

Ideal candidates will have PQE of around 5 years, strong Excel and ERP skills (Odoo preferred), and a proven track record in a fast-growing environment within the renewable energy sector or similar.

Competenze

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA accountant with experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong financial accounting expertise with advanced Excel and ERP experience, ideally Odoo.
• Commercially aware business partner, able to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills and experience within robust environments.
• Ideally 5 years post-qualification experience and a strong control environment.

Mansioni

• Own UK entity accounting and reporting, producing accurate monthly management accounts.
• Manage balance sheet control files, reconciliations, prepare month end journals and accruals.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, including billing, FX reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare rebate calculations, cash flow forecast and payroll journal reviews.
• Support budgeting and overhead reviews, providing analysis to aid business performance.
• Roll out Group policies, procedures and assist with EU subsidiaries.

In return, the successful Financial Controller will receive a salary of £55,000 - £60,000, plus the following benefits...
