Description

Well-established manufacturing organization is now in a position to recruit a UK Financial Accountant to join their established Finance Team.

This role will provide technical expertise in financial accounting and taxation to the business.

Key duties will include:

1. Preparation of the annual Statutory Accounts, acting as a key point of contact for the annual audit process, ensuring key deadlines are met.
2. Produce the annual tax packs as required. Respond to queries to ensure accuracy and completeness of information, enabling the submission of tax returns.
3. Prepare the 13-week cash flow forecasts.
4. Coordinate the monthly process for agreement of Intra-Group balances for all relevant entities.

You will be:

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA) with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE.
• Strong interpersonal skills as the role involves regular contact with external finance professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with a desire to improve processes.
