Job Description
- Manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
- Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage and develop the site finance team, fostering continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant, should be:
- A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain sectors is preferred
- Proven experience with cost accounting, revenue recognition and partnering with non-finance departments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience implementing financial systems and processes
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and uphold high ethical standards
