Job Description

  • Manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
  • Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage and develop the site finance team, fostering continuous improvement






The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant, should be:

  • A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain sectors is preferred
  • Proven experience with cost accounting, revenue recognition and partnering with non-finance departments
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience implementing financial systems and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and uphold high ethical standards
