Job summary

ENMASE Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and grow a diesel generator sales division across the UK. This field-based role targets commercial, industrial and critical power applications and involves winning new business, opening new accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, promote generator solutions, build a strong pipeline across sectors like construction, manufacturing, healthcare and data centres, and work with

Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical sales experience within diesel generators or power generation.
• Experience selling generator solutions to commercial/industrial customers.
• UK-based with willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of standby/prime power opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, facilities, developers and end users.
• Keep CRM records up to date and provide pipeline forecasts and reporting.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
