Job summary

ENMASE Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to build a diesel generator sales division across the UK. This field-based role targets contractors, industrial clients and end users with standby, backup and prime power solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop new opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to tailor technical and commercial offerings. The role requires strong relationship skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical sales experience in diesel generators, power generation or related industrial equipment.
• Experience selling generator or standby power solutions to commercial/industrial clients.
• UK-based, with willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B relationships with contractors, facilities businesses, industrial clients and end users.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities across standby, backup and prime power applications.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Promote generator solutions to commercial/industrial markets highlighting reliability and performance.
• Build a strong pipeline across construction, manufacturing, healthcare, data centres and critical infra.
