Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Site Health & Safety Lead to drive safety performance at a key location. You will partner with site leadership, facilities, engineering, and regional teams to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliant operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline; equivalent education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
• Professional Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST, HVK, MVK, or equivalent; certification pursued encouraged.
• 5+ years of Health & Safety experience within manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, industrial, or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to influence, engage, build credibility, and drive change across all levels without direct authority.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Health & Safety performance, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with site leadership teams to drive a strong and proactive safety culture.
• Conduct and maintain risk assessments, hazard identification programs, workplace inspections, and safety observations.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Provide Health & Safety support to facilities, engineering, laboratory, and capital projects, including Management of Change activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Drive contractor safety management and emergency preparedness programs.
• Support customer and supplier Health & Safety assessments and compliance enquiries.
• Monitor Health & Safety performance, reporting, and risk registers while implementing practical improvements.
• Support Regional Facilities Managers and smaller regional locations to maintain consistent Health & Safety standards.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Sustainability, and Quality teams on site-level compliance activities, including waste and chemical management initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and influencer across all levels of the organization.
