Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in trade compliance, specifically in UK and EU import/export regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Union Customs Code (UCC), UK Global Tariff, and EU dual-use regulations.
• Experience with customs documentation, tariff classification, and broker management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with UK and EU import/export laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance programs.
• Manage customs classifications, valuation, and duty relief schemes.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on trade compliance policies.
