This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a background in private equity real estate, strategy, or portfolio management to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and high-profile institutional accounts in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic separate accounts, including governance coordination and annual investor meetings.
• Provide input into asset management decisions with a focus on fiduciary responsibility and investor advocacy.
• Assist in the development and review of annual asset plans.
• Deliver detailed investment and portfolio analyses that inform strategic decisions.
• Manage key reporting and presentation deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Investment Management, Finance, Strategy, and regional offices.
• Help integrate investor considerations into key asset-level decisions (e.g., leasing, dispositions).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related analytical discipline (MBA/CFA a plus).
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable presenting complex data clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global real estate markets and investment vehicles.
