Alignerr is seeking professional UK English voice actors for paid studio recording sessions to help train AI speech systems. The role is a contract position in the United Kingdom, with in-person studio sessions of about 4 hours each across 2–3 sessions.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native UK English speakers with hands-on recording experience, based in the UK, comfortable performing natural dialogue and taking direction in a studio setting. AI speech research is the focus of the project.

Qualifications

• A professional voice actor with hands-on recording experience.
• Native or near-native UK English speaker with an authentic accent.
• Based in the United Kingdom.
• Able to perform natural conversation and dialogue, not just narration.
• Reliable, professional and receptive to direction in a studio setting.
• Fluent in English at a working level for session coordination.

Responsabilités

• Record natural, conversational UK English speech in a professional studio environment.
• Participate in single-speaker and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges.
• Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding speech across a range of tones and styles.
• Follow light direction to vary pacing, tone and delivery as needed.
• Bring authentic British vocal character to every session.
