About the role

As a result of the continually growing demand for our specialist services, we are looking for an individual to join our expanding National Employer Solutions Team and wider People Advisory Service Group, as a Manager. We offer flexible and agile working arrangements.

You will be responsible for providing UK employment tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients. Your role includes building relationships, assisting senior staff, and managing team members. You will be supported by colleagues whom you will delegate work to and develop further.

• Handle employment taxes matters for clients, including advisory and compliance issues.
• Manage issues such as P11D, PSA, termination payments, IR35, employment status, PAYE/NIC risk reviews, disclosures, HMRC enquiries, and CIS.
• Deliver employment tax projects following firm standards and quality standards.
• Build client relationships, identify tax planning opportunities, and undertake technical assignments.
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing training and feedback.
• Support the team in delivering presentations on employer issues.
• Research and prepare proposals for new work and participate in client presentations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain technical knowledge through reading and courses, fulfilling CPD requirements.
