Chelmsford | full-time

  • Purpose

To provide a high quality and effective, technical and administrative support to Underwriters, working within UK Digital, liaising with Underwriters and providing a prompt service using the company’s systems and internal processes to meet brokers and clients’ needs.

  • Premium Income as per MSAISE Business Plan / UK Digital Business Plan
  • Hit SLA’s as set by Senior E-Trade Analyst
  • Key Result Areas/ Responsibilities

Administration support

  • Monitor eTrade inbox and distribute emails
  • Phone hunt group maintenance /updates

Underwriting support

  • Assist underwriters with accounts queries
  • Check proof of bonus / CCE emails sent in from brokers against held risks
  • Create and send CCE to brokers
  • Process Index linking figures monthly
  • Process ARAG reports

Cancellations

  • Fleet cancellations
  • Property cancellations

Claims

  • Process daily claims reports received from Davies (our claims TPA)
  • Process Acturis claims upload daily
  • Manage claims upload failures

MID

  • Upload reports to MID via MDS
  • Upload receipt checking
  • Manage MID error and warnings
  • Reply to MID FPN disputes

ELTO

  • Upload reports to the ELD
  • ERN chasing

Agency

  • Set up new users / delete users on ePlace
  • Process agency transfers on Acturis
  • Action monthly agency updates report
  • Update broker overview report

Sanctions

  • Upload weekly report
  • Run & distribute AML reports

Any Other Tasks As Directed By The E-Trade Manager.
