EY is seeking a UK-based Digital Leader to redefine ey.com in the UK, guiding a 14-strong team across the UK and India. You will shape content strategy, lead on design, build and regulatory content, and work with BMC stakeholders to deliver a compelling client experience, aligned to EY's strategy and brand guidelines.

With strong experience in website strategy, UX, SEO and marketing automation, you will drive performance, adoption of AI tools, and ensure delivery against ambitious growth targets

Qualifications

• Experience leading website strategy, UX, SEO and marketing automation.
• Proven leadership in large, matrix B2B organisations.
• Strong track record in strategic management and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience managing content creation teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a UK Digital Leader team of 14 across the UK and India.
• Transform ey.com/uk with data-driven content strategy and governance.
• Align content with brand, marketing and client needs to drive engagement and conversions.
• Oversee content creation, build and regulatory content following global guidelines.
