Job summary

EY seeks a UK Digital Leader (Associate Director/Senior Manager) to transform ey.com in the UK, delivering a standout digital experience aligned to EY’s strategy. You will lead a 14‑strong team across the UK and India, shaping content, design and technology decisions, and driving data‑led improvements.

You will work with BMC and global partners to set the UK content roadmap, optimise SEO, measure performance and land EY’s messages across every page.

Qualifications

• Established leadership in a large org and strategic management.
• Experience leading digital content teams and editorial processes.
• Proven ability to align website objectives with commercial strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a UK/India Digital portfolio team to shape ey.com/uk.
• Define content strategy to maximise traffic and engagement.
• Oversee content creation, build, QA and regulatory content.
• Drive AI-enabled content discovery and efficiency.
