Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive multi-million-pound opportunities across UK Defence, MoD supply chains, Tier 1 primes, and aerospace networks. Location: UK remote.

This high-visibility role is designed for a sales professional who can be coached toward a future UK Defence Director, building executive relationships and delivering value through Plexus's Product Realization Value Chain. A Bachelor's degree and proven B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a track record in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate sales pipelines and manage complex B2B relationships.
• Security Clearance (SC) advantageous; willingness to undergo vetting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to craft winning solutions.
• Build multi-level relationships across UK MoD, defence primes, and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of UK defence funding cycles, market trends, and competition.
• Apply strategic selling to uncover pain points and sell value over price.
