Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of unsecured-lending and UK credit-card market.
• Experience in risk management across credit, conduct and operations.
• Strong understanding of UK unsecured lending regulations (CONC, CCA).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate strategy into plans.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of profitable propositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, simplifying complex ideas.
• Proven success leading product lifecycle in a matrix environment.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leaders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and own the end-to-end Credit Card proposition backlog for the UK market.
• Translate customer needs and competitive landscape into a multi-year roadmap.
• Set pricing and promotional structures to hit profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit and Commercial teams to model unit economics and margins.
• Partner with Credit Risk and Legal to ensure compliance with UK regulations.
• Lead discovery, ideation, requirements definition and post-launch value management.
