Boyes Turner LLP's Immigration team is expanding and seeks a talented Immigration Lawyer to contribute to client work across UK business immigration, with emphasis on sponsored work routes. The role offers growth opportunities as the team expands, alongside delivering expert advice and supporting business development.

• At least one year's experience in UK immigration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration with focus on sponsorship.
• Excellent attention to detail and process-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Desire to pursue a career in immigration.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience or interest in working with data daily.
• Good MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Passionate about international migration and global workforce.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience or knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience with legal tech solutions to enhance client experience.
• Passion for business development and team growth.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a point of contact for a range of clients on UK immigration matters
• Providing advice on the full range of UK immigration categories, particularly sponsorship
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of the Immigration Rules and UK system
• Acting as a Level 1 User on Sponsor Management System for clients
• Liaising with the Home Office on immigration-related matters
• Providing advice on developing international recruitment strategies
• Visiting client sites to deliver training and conduct audits
• Assisting with the development and management of the firm's knowledge library
• Supporting the Head of Immigration in team development and business development
