Job Description
Your Mission

To support UK Bid success by acting as a commercial bid strategy manager, undertaking:

  • Review of tender contract terms and conditions, including clarification questions management.
  • Translating contract terms into a high-level contract fact sheet.
  • Supporting financial calculations and internal approval documentation.
  • Maintaining the LEVI tender log and creating future tender pipelines with the Senior Partnership Manager.
  • Preparing commercial strategies and option studies based on tender evaluations.
TSP Early Contractor Involvement
  • Leading ECI with subcontractors for tender-specific pricing in commercial analysis.
  • Ensuring contractual terms are managed back-to-back with TSPs.
Commercial Control
  • Setting up initial project financial reports aligned with tender requirements.
  • Supporting financial reporting and month-end close processes.
  • Reviewing P&L accounts and undertaking post-investment reviews.
Your Profile
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
  • Assertiveness and resilience in representing results and recommendations.
  • Understanding of accounting, finance principles, and a commercial mindset.
  • Relevant experience (2-4 years) as Business Analyst, Finance Manager, or Consultant.
  • Experience in dynamic team environments and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
