The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident individual looking to join our UK Client Leadership Team. The role is an entry level position and involves account management, media planning and buying, and business understanding and consultancy, working across a number of household brands in various sectors.

What we’re looking for

• As this is an entry level role, no industry experience is required. However, any experience in an agency or marketing role either through work experience or an internship is a plus.
• Interest in behavioural economics and human insight-based media activation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, numeracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing workloads, with a strong eye for detail.
• A team player, diligent, proactive, eager to learn and develop a media career in a fast-paced environment.

Skills (mandatory)

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (comfortable with Pivot tables, data formulation etc.)
• Focused, articulate, and with a can-do attitude.
• Confident individual capable of contributing as part of the team and wider agency, with motivation to work independently.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of media finance applications (Media Ocean/DDS/Prisma, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of media research systems – content and application (TGI, Similarweb, Ad Intel, GWI etc) is preferable.
• Interest in advertising and communications.
