Job description

Our Cleaners are the heartbeat of 1Rebel at the club level; they are detail-oriented professionals and keepers of standards. Working in one of our clubs, you will provide 10* levels of cleanliness throughout the studios and workplace.

Performing a range of duties, the cleaning team is responsible for studio and equipment clean-down, managing towel deliveries, and ensuring changing facilities are stocked and cleaned. Our cleaners are dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

As a Cleaner Floater, you will be an essential part of our London team, supporting all 10 sites within our network. This unique role offers flexibility to pick up shifts at times that suit you and provides the opportunity to experience different locations, offering the ultimate in flexible working and variety in your work life.

Requirements

• Be open to working across all of our central London locations with a variety of hours available.
• Be available for scheduled shifts and standby for emergency cover if needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to attend shifts early in the mornings (approx. 6.30am) or late in the evenings (approx. 10.30pm). Ability to start work as early as 6.30am or finish as late as 10.30pm.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and appropriate usage (training will be provided).
• Cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary.
