Job summary

Coffey is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage and control costs across construction projects in the UK. You will ensure budgets are met, resources are used efficiently, and all contractual obligations are fulfilled, acting as the financial guardian of project success.

The role requires strong commercial focus, NEC contracts experience in the UK, and a driving licence, with a background in civil infrastructure preferred.

Qualifications

• A UK university degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects is required.
• Experience with NEC Contracts in the UK is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good relations with clients and their representatives.
• Representing the Company’s interests at meetings relating to the work under their control.
• Supporting staff to perform commercial/contractual duties as necessary.
• Liaising with other departments to provide information to improve service.
