Job Description:

Ralawise exclusively carries the European-based Build Your Brand (BYB) in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales and brand-building background who is passionate about presenting high-quality products, to play a key role in taking this brand to the next level in the UK.

Main purpose/objective of post:

BYB is a successful German clothing brand, making up part of the TB International group of brands: BYB is synonymous across Europe and now in the UK for their stylish and innovative Streetwear Styles. BYB products can be found in Retail, Merchandise, and Promotional sectors to name but a few. Having a keen interest in Street Fashion would be an advantage in this role.

As the UK distributor for BYB, we are looking for a UK Brand Ambassador for this newly created role, who will be a key figure in the future growth for BYB and take the Brand to the next level in the UK & Ireland.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits.
  • Facilitate product training and ensure that Key Customers are ready to grow with us.
  • Raise BYB brand awareness through brand building and storytelling.
  • Ensure that BYB is “top of mind” with partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for developing top-level customers.
  • Support the fulfilment of sales budgets.
  • Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas, and strategy moving forwards.
  • Achieve the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.
  • Attend sales meetings in Germany– approximately twice per year.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Be solution-oriented and love to create growth - and can make things happen.
  • See opportunities and abilities to uncover and create needs with customers.
  • Work independently, structured, and responsible with your tasks.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Perform when working with Key and Top-Level Customers.
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in Streetwear Fashion or something similar.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Full driving license and passport.
  • Proactive, driven, curious, responsible, targeted, customer-oriented, and a relationship-builder.

This is a face-to-face role visiting customers across the whole of the UK; you must be happy to be away from home when visiting customers not in your local area.

Pay range and compensation package: Basic £45k + commission, OTE £64k. Managed car allowance scheme. 25 days holiday. Life assurance. Pension. Holidays increase with length of service.
