We are currently recruiting for multiple Hearing Aid Audiologist positions across the UK. While the post may specify Manchester as our Head Office, you can be based anywhere in the UK to apply for this position.

- Basic salary up to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs.
- Providing aftercare services.
- Managing the clinic and staff with support from a Customer Care Coordinator.
- Ensuring high-quality, professional service.
- Delivering a positive customer experience.
- Building relationships with colleagues, community, and clinicians.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Planning clinic diary to meet objectives and customer needs.
- Meeting KPIs and addressing performance issues.
Requirements include:
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
- Exceptional customer care standards.
- Commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy.

- Numeracy.
- Organization and efficiency.
- Drive and tenacity.
Desirable qualifications:
- Full driving license.
- Proven commercial experience.
The role requires travel within the area as needed. This position is specifically for overseas applicants or those requiring UK visa sponsorship.
