Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Head of UK Analytical Content Development to shape the portfolio strategy across the UK and South Africa. Lead editorial operations, commissioning, and culture of high-quality, scalable legal content while partnering with product, technology, and commercial teams.

You will drive AI-enabled content capabilities, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and develop talent across regions to deliver authoritative insights at scale.

Qualifications

• Legal qualification is required.
• Experience leading a content development team.
• Experience owning author/licensor/expert relationships.
• Experience cross-collaborating across global regions and functions.
• Experience partnering with commercial, product, or go-to-market stakeholders.
• Experience with agentic AI and content-technology adoption.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the UK Analytical content development strategy and portfolio growth.
• Lead and coach UK and South Africa teams, oversee commissioning and editorial operations.
• Develop KPIs and analytics for content quality and author pipeline health.
• Oversee author, licensor and expert relationships and recruitment.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled content capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
