Job description

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our Revenue & Operations team based in London. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Sales and be responsible for securing new, profitable customers for Adform, targeting medium to large clients—advertisers, agencies, and publishers—both locally and internationally, including retail media.

You will build trust while pitching Adform’s buy-side solutions with presales support and leverage your knowledge of Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs.

  1. Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events, networking, and identifying opportunities.
  2. Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers, achieving sales targets.
  3. Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding.
  4. Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer.
  5. Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create differentiation.
  6. Maintain healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline.
  7. Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce.
  8. Deliver high-quality handovers to account management colleagues.

  1. 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years selling advertising technology or media.
  2. Strong financial acumen.
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent) with a track record of diligent record-keeping.
  4. A proven success record and ability to manage complex sales processes to closure.
  5. Comfort in selling and pitching across various verticals.
  6. Ability to sell alongside or in partnership with Global Holding Group Agency and other key Adform partners.
  7. A constant desire to improve, staying engaged in feedback loops with your manager.
  8. Stage speaking experience and strong public speaking skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively.
