Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Derby.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak


Role of an Account Manager:
  • To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of Job&Talent
  • Working as a part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
  • Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
  • Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
  • Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries, and ad hoc duties
  • Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site's recruitment plan
  • To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • People management skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sense of humour, social skills and an appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
