Reporting to the Lead UK Account Manager, you ll be based at our Chesterfield office and play a key role in managing and growing customer accounts within the specialist market. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Respond to sales enquiries with accurate quotations and updates.
  • Oversee key customer activities including sales, OTD, forecasting, and stock provisioning.
  • Meet or exceed gross profit targets for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and reviews.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Manage contract administration and ensure timely payments.
  • Make regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and drive profitability.
