Laveer Engineering is hiring an Account Executive for Westinghouse Electric Company, based in Salwick. This role involves driving commercial growth and securing customer relationships across the UK. You will manage the opportunity pipeline and align customer needs with Westinghouse's services.

The successful candidate will have significant nuclear engineering experience, a relevant degree, and outstanding project management skills. The position also requires travel (50-70%) to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent related technical discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• Previous leadership experience typically required.
• 10+ years of experience in nuclear plant engineering and direct customer interface.
• Knowledge of nuclear utility buying practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own development of the opportunity pipeline for assigned UK accounts.
• Deliver on sales KPIs including Orders Entered and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead opportunity maturation from identification through offer development.
• Drive effective use of CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
