Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Coordinator, Team Leader, or Supervisor role.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management processes.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with accurate record-keeping abilities.
  • Confident using workforce management systems and reporting tools.

We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in Dunstable.

Working Hours

DAY SHIFT - Any 5 out of 7 // 14:00-22:00

NIGHT SHIFT - Any 5 out of 7 // 22:00-06:00

Salary

DAY SHIFT - £29,956; NIGHT SHIFT - £33,451

Role of an Account Coordinator
  • Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI’s
  • Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce
  • Communicate key information on business updates and changes
  • Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client
  • Deliver against clients requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have
  • Proven expereince in a Coordinator, Team Leader, Supervisor role
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management processes
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with accurate record-keeping abilities
  • Confident using workforce management systems and reporting tools
