Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in After Effects and UI animations.
• Experience with Principle, Framer or similar prototyping tools.
• Storyboarding and sketching to communicate concepts.
• Understanding of timing, easing and transitions.
• Experience creating cohesive motion systems across devices.
• 3D knowledge in Cinema4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

You will transform static designs into intuitive, expressive experiences that enhance the overall HMI and UX design. Collaborating closely with UX, UI, and technical teams, you’ll help define how motion shapes communication, usability, and emotional connection within the automotive experience.

Objectives of this Role

Your goal is to craft motion systems and interaction behaviors that create fluidity, consistency, and delight across digital touchpoints. You will define animation principles, build prototypes, and visualize interaction flows that bridge creativity with technical feasibility — ensuring that every transition supports clarity, storytelling, and brand expression.

You should have

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to create high-quality motion graphics and UI animations
• Experience with tools such as Principle, Framer, or similar prototyping platforms
• Storyboarding and sketching skills to communicate interaction concepts
• Understanding of animation principles — timing, easing, and transitions
• Experience creating cohesive motion systems across multiple platforms and screen sizes
• 3D knowledge in Cinema4D or Blender is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating across disciplines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing input from multiple stakeholders
