Job summary

Omasta Consultancy AB seeks a UI/UX Motion Interaction Designer to bring life to automotive digital interfaces through thoughtful use of motion, interaction and transitions. You will transform static designs into expressive experiences, collaborating with UX, UI and technical teams to shape communication, usability and emotional connection within the automotive experience.

Your role includes defining animation principles, building prototypes, and visualizing interaction flows that bridge

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in After Effects and UI animations.
Experience with Principle, Framer or similar prototyping tools.
Storyboarding and sketching to communicate concepts.
Understanding of timing, easing and transitions.
Experience creating cohesive motion systems across devices.
3D knowledge in Cinema4D or Blender is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define motion systems and interaction behaviors for fluid UI experiences.
Build prototypes and visualize interaction flows bridging creativity with feasibility.
Define animation principles to support clarity, storytelling and brand expression.
