Job Description:

The company is looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer. In this position, you will collaborate with engineering and product management to design and implement UI systems in Unity and Unreal Engine. You will generate wireframes, documentation, and prototypes to deliver efficient features and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Technical Product Managers to translate goals and constraints into compelling user-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with other UX/UI leads to ensure effective communication and strong cross-team relationships.
• Build user experience from the ground up when working on new products.
• Present and pitch designs to Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders.
• Work across multiple teams within our Creator Ecosystem to ensure consistency and resolve design discrepancies.
• Create flexible design systems to enhance efficiency and consistency across UX departments.
• Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing features and workflows on Desktop and/or in the Cloud.
• Service-oriented, empathetic, and compassionate leadership qualities.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes.
