Are you passionate about creating intuitive and engaging experiences for both B2C and B2B users? Our client, a fast-growing US-based eCommerce platform in the food ordering industry, is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design impactful user interfaces that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience across our client’s platform, which serves a dual audience: B2C customers ordering food online and B2B clients managing their food service needs. You will create user-centric designs that are visually compelling, easy to navigate, and tailored to the specific needs of each user group.

Responsibilities

• Design Engaging Interfaces: Develop visually appealing and highly functional interfaces that streamline food ordering and service management.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct research and user testing to understand the distinct needs and preferences of B2C and B2B audiences in the food ordering industry.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.
• Optimize for Conversions: Use data and analytics to design user flows and elements that maximize engagement and conversions for food orders.
• Create & Maintain UI/UX Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with the brand.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX Design Experience, ideally within the food ordering or eCommerce industries.
• Experience Designing for B2C and B2B User Bases, with a strong understanding of how these audiences differ in expectations and needs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other leading design tools.
• Portfolio Required: Demonstrated expertise in designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for eCommerce or high-traffic platforms.
• Data-Driven Design Approach: Skilled at interpreting analytics and user research to inform design decisions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with prototyping tools and user testing platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• An understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) for collaboration with development teams.
