Job summary

Synechron is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile. You will lead design across products, collaborating with product managers, developers, and researchers.

Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design will be crucial to enhance ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency. The role requires 3–8 years of experience in UI/UX, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, components, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and UX methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools within design workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with usability testing and design research.
• Knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing for financial services, enterprise, or highly regulated environments.
