Job Summary:

Infiniri Software solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Trainee to join our dynamic design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or individual with a strong passion for user-centered design to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced UI/UX designers, contributing to various projects and learning the end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior designers in conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
2. Contribute to the creation of user personas, user flows, and information architecture.
3. Learn and apply principles of interaction design and usability.
4. Assist in the development of wireframes, prototypes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity), and mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design skills, and understanding of user-centered design principles (academic projects are acceptable).
3. Basic understanding of user research methodologies.
4. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
5. Understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
7. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a strong work ethic.
8. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
9. Passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
10. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
11. Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback effectively.
12. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
13. Assist in maintaining and evolving design systems and style guides.
14. Contribute to documentation and presentations related to design processes and deliverables.
15. Undertake any other design-related tasks as assigned by the senior designers.
