Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a frontend engineer to craft high-quality UIs using React and TypeScript in a fast-paced UK-based team. You will translate Figma designs into reusable components, ensure accessibility, and optimize performance.

You will collaborate with designers and frontend peers, own parts of the frontend architecture, and contribute to code reviews to maintain clean, scalable code, and mentor junior developers while advocating for best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript.
• Expertise in DOM manipulation, REST API integration, and frontend performance tuning.
• Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to translate design specs from Figma into maintainable code.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
