Job Description

As a UI Designer / Developer, you will be responsible for cutting up responsive websites, social media apps, landing pages, eDMs, and CMS themes. You will provide and follow direction in creative conceptual design with clear rationale. Participation in brainstorming sessions, conceptualizing designs, and preparing visuals for client pitches are key parts of this role, all while understanding and adhering to W3C guidelines. This position offers variety, challenges, and the opportunity to work with a great team.

Qualifications
  1. Minimum 4 years of commercial experience designing and building responsive websites (mobile/tablet), from large corporate CMS-driven sites to engaging microsites.
  2. Strong visual problem-solving skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6).
  3. Experience with HTML4 & 5, CSS & CSS3, jQuery, and related client-side technologies.
  4. Strong understanding of Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX).
  5. Experience working with W3C guidelines, validation, FTP, hosting, and DNS.
  6. After Effects skills are a bonus.
  7. A degree or equivalent work experience in web and interaction design is also a bonus.
