UI Designer – Predictive AI Platform

Website: https://www.credplatform.com/

Location: San Francisco, CA / London, UK / Remote

Team: Product Design

Type: Full-time

About CRED

CRED is a predictive intelligence platform redefining how modern organizations make decisions. By leveraging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), real-time data, and structured prompts, we empower businesses to build, adapt, and deploy intelligent workflows at speed. CRED combines internal systems with predictive intelligence & real-world signals to tell you what to do, when to act & why it matters. CRED works with prominent businesses like the Warriors, PGA, and Arsenal.

We’re based in San Francisco and London, operating at the intersection of human intent and machine intelligence. Design at CRED is not an accessory—it’s foundational. We’re looking for a UI Designer to craft beautiful, scalable, and high-leverage interfaces that amplify human potential through AI. You’ll partner closely with a UX counterpart to bring clarity and elegance to complex workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Design clean, modern, and high-performance interfaces for predictive AI tooling—across dashboards, prompt builders, and LLM output review surfaces.
  • Collaborate with a UX counterpart to translate complex user flows into simple, visually intuitive experiences.
  • Build and maintain a robust, flexible design system and component library to support fast iteration and consistency across the platform.
  • Create responsive, accessible, and web-optimized designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and speed.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research to bring your designs to life in production.
  • Visualize abstract AI concepts—like model confidence, uncertainty, or input/output mapping—through thoughtful UI metaphors and hierarchy.
  • Build interactive mockups and prototypes that demonstrate interface behavior, animation, and responsiveness.
  • Help evolve the CRED design language to support highly dynamic, prompt-first and AI-native interfaces.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in UI or product design for B2B platforms, tools, or data-heavy web applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing refined visual design, scalable component systems, and beautiful interfaces.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI libraries.
  • Fluency in Figma, Framer, or similar tools for interface and system design.
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into highly usable, delightful UI.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: experience designing for AI/LLM platforms, devtools, or data-rich environments.

Why Join Us

  • Impactful product surface: Your designs will directly shape how users interact with and guide AI systems.
  • High-ownership role: You’ll lead the evolution of CRED’s visual design and component systems.
  • AI-native culture: You’ll work with a team that embraces the unique constraints of model-driven UX.
  • Global reach: With teams in San Francisco and London, we’re building a world-class product organization.

How to Apply

We’d love to see your portfolio and resume. Tell us about:

  • Projects where you led interface and design system development
  • Component libraries or scalable visual systems you’ve built
  • How you’ve approached clarity, beauty, and usability in complex digital tools

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel strongly aligned with our mission, we encourage you to apply.
